Self Hypnosis State Achieved In Minutes!

Self Hypnosis State Achieved In Minutes!

Self-hypnosis or auto-hypnosis is a form, a process, or the result of a self-induced hypnotic state. Frequently, self-hypnosis is used as a vehicle to enhance the efficacy of self-suggestion; and, in such cases, the subject "plays the dual role of suggester and suggestee".

Hypnotism works by reaching a relaxed state whereby it is possible to sink deeper into our minds and rewrite or reprogram our subconscious. Through physical and mental relaxation, self-hypnosis can allow people to bypass their conscious minds and introduce positive thoughts and ideas into their unconscious.

Self Hypnosis State Achieved In Minutes!

Self Hypnosis can be used for a variety of purposes. Self hypnosis is basically the act of programming your mind to accomplish the tasks you want. You can use self hypnosis for help with quitting smoking, remembering a certain incident or happening, and training your subconscious to do what you want. Many people use self hypnosis to change a certain characteristic about themselves. Hypnosis helps clear you mind and allows you to get to the root of your problems and resolve them.

From everyday situations to specific individual intentions, Self Hypnosis holds the key to achieving what you want. Hypnosis is undoubtedly real, for it is practiced by psychiatrists, medical professionals, new age healers, and entertainers. There has been massive studies done on Self Hypnosis, and the results are as clear as day.

Is self hypnosis possible?

It is up to them to follow if they want to. Since it is a skill on the part of the subject to allow themselves to go into a hypnotic state, it is perfectly possible for a person to hypnotize themselves without the need of a guide, or a hypnotherapist. This is known as self hypnosis.

20 Indian Baby Boy Names : Inspiration by Lord Krishna

Name definition, a word or a combination of words by which a person, place, or thing, a body or class, or any object of thought is designated, called, or known.

A name is a term used for identification. They can identify a class or category of things, or a single thing, either uniquely, or within a given context. The entity identified by a name is called its referent. A personal name identifies, not necessarily uniquely, a specific individual human. The name of a specific entity is sometimes called a proper name (although that term has a philosophical meaning also) and is, when consisting of only one word, a proper noun. Other nouns are sometimes called "common names" or (obsolete) "general names". A name can be given to a person, place, or thing; for example, parents can give their child a name or a scientist can give an element a name.

What and Why is spirituality important in our lives in day to day living...

What and Why is spirituality important in our lives in day to day living...

What and Why is spirituality important in our lives in day to day living...

Maybe you've heard about spirituality but aren't really sure what it is. Well, it's different from religion, and you can practise it even if you're not religious.

Spirituality has to do with the spirit, not as in ghosts, but as in the essence of being human — your soul or your inner life.

What and Why is spirituality important in our lives in day to day living...

Spirituality is a broad concept with room for many perspectives. In general, it includes a sense of connection to something bigger than ourselves, and it typically involves a search for meaning in life. As such, it is a universal human experience—something that touches us all.

Many people like to tell others they are a 'spiritual' person probably to let them know they are not materialistic or superficial and that they 'get it'. That's fine if we all understand and agree on what we're talking about.

Traditionally being spiritual signified having an attachment to religious values, or matters of the spirit, rather than material or worldly interests.

More recently it has also taken on to mean reaching higher levels of consciousness using meditation, yoga and similar practices.

I consider spirituality to be a state in which we are connected to God, Nature, each other, and the deepest part of ourselves.

Why is spirituality important in our lives?

In order for us to function fully, all aspects of ourselves must be balanced. Our mind, body and spirit have to be in harmony with each other.

We cannot focus on the material and neglect the spiritual. People may think that being spiritual is difficult and demanding, but that is not the case.

You can experience being spiritual when you enjoy listening to a beautiful piece of music, looking at an amazing work of art, or reading an inspirational book or poem.

How is that spiritual?

It is spiritual because when you are immersed in, and deriving pleasure from it, it touches your soul and connects you to the artist and creation itself (God).

You experience spiritual moments when you walk through the woods and connect with nature, walk along a beautiful beach, or when you see the sun set.

You experience a spiritual connection with others when you work together to reach a common goal, such as raising funds to help those in need, playing on a sports team, being in a musical band or orchestra, or anything that involves teamwork and cooperation with others

When we are in tune with God, Nature, each other, and ourselves, we are being spiritual. There are so many wonderful ways that we can make, and take the time, to "connect".

How to Become More Spiritual

Take time for yourself. Rejuvenate your spirit and nurture yourself by listening to relaxing music. Read inspirational literature; get a massage.

Help those in need of your assistance. When you help others, you automatically connect better with the rest of humanity. Volunteer as a big brother or sister, coach little league, donate to the food shelter. Every little bit helps.

Practice gratitude. There are so many things to be grateful for in life. Take time to reflect on them and acknowledge how fortunate we all are for family, friends, and endless opportunities.

Practice mindfulness. Become aware of your environment. Be aware of yourself within your environment. Enjoy the colors and smells of nature around you. Enjoy the feel of rain falling on your nose and the wind blowing on your face. It will put you in a revitalizing, fresh state of awareness.

Express yourself. If you don't already engage in artistic or expressive activities, learn to dance, sing, play a musical instrument, or take art lessons. Doing so puts you in touch with your creative, right brain side. We all need to balance the logical, linear aspects of ourselves.

Being aware of, and cultivating spirituality greatly contributes to our overall joy and happiness. It's never too late to develop it further and enjoy the benefits it brings.

What are examples of spirituality?

  • Prayer.

  • Meditation.

  • Miracles.

  • Visualizations.

  • Dreams.

  • Spirit Helpers/Guardian Angels.

  • Animal Spirit Helpers.

  • Ceremonies.

Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy Temple, Appalayagunta Village

The Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy temple is located at a distance of about 14 KM's, from the temple town Tirupati. This makes the temple adequately separated from the main temple town, but still easily reachable through private or public travels. It stands apart from the other entire temple in the sense, at which it depicts the Lord Venkateswara Swamy in the 'Abhaya Hasta Posture’, which is considered the ultimate blessing posture. The Lord's blissful posture is pleasant and rewarding for a devotee who wants to divulge deep into the Swami's realms.

Significance of Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy Temple

This is the place where the Lord Venkateswara Swamy graced the conglomeration of Sri Siddeshwara and other sages on the occasion of his marriage. As the temple was the place for the Lord's union with his consort Sri Padmavathi Ammavaru, here he is considered the most pleasant and granting. The temple has tremendous powers at liberating one from dosha's concerned with physical, psychological and career misfortunes. The grandiose Vayu Bhagavan's idol located in the temple is also a powerful source, which liberates one from various chronic illnesses of kalyuga.

Special occasions at Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy Temple

The Friday Abhishekam is one of the most important significant occasions at the Temple.

The most important festival in the temple is Srivari Annual Bramhostavam which is being celebrated in the month of Jyesta (May/June) for a period of 10 days.

The other annual festivals/rituals are Ugadi, Rathasaptami, Depavali, AnivaraAsthanam and Vaikunta Ekadasi, which are celebrated once in a year in a princely manner.

Another annual festival's occurring at the temple are Ugadi, Rathasaptami, Depavali, AnivaraAsthanam and VaikuntaEkadasi festivals.

As the name indicates the 'Kalyanotsavam' this is the occasion when the Lord along with his consorts Goddess Sri Padmavathi Devi and Sri Goda Devi brings great celebration and delight. This is an excellent preparatory to-be-married person to advance for a fruitful relationship. This also removes any hardships that you could be facing in your existing married life.

Legend/Purana of the Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy Temple

After the much chronicled marriage of Lord Venkateswara to Sri Padmavathi Ammavaru, the Swami bestowed his divine blessings on the congregation of Sri Siddeshwara and other sages. Those sages on the merit of their holy lives were honored by lord's blessings on that divine day.  It is also a belief that Lord Venkateswara had rested here during his voyage returning to Tirumala.

Another specialty of this temple is the enduring form of Lord Perumal, devoted to the oneness of Shiva-Vishnu worship.  Hence all the special occasions related to Shiva, is also observed at great devotion.

Another captivating aspect of the temple is its glorious architecture, which allows Darshan through the door's on the Vaikunda Ekadasi day.

The temple has been constructed by the Rajas of Karvetinagar and consists shrine of Lord Anjaneya Swamy. The imposing image of the wind-god is worshipped by devotees for relief from chronic diseases. The temple also contains idols of Goddess Padmavathi and Smt Andal Devi within the temple

The Story of the Birth of Lord Krishna

The Story of the Birth of Lord Krishna

The Story of the Birth of Lord Krishna

The birth of Krishna is in itself a transcendental phenomenon that generates awe among the Hindus and overwhelms one and all with its supra mundane happenings.

The Story of the Birth of Lord Krishna

Mother Earth, unable to bear the burden of sins committed by evil kings and rulers, appealed to Brahma, the Creator for help. Brahma prayed to the Supreme Lord Vishnu, who assured him that he would soon be born on earth to annihilate tyrannical forces.

One such evil force was Kamsa, the ruler of Mathura (in northern India) and his people were utterly terrified of him. On the day Kamsa's sister Devaki was married off to Vasudeva, an akashvani or voice from the sky was heard prophesying that Devaki's 8th son would be the destroyer of Kamsa. The frightened Kamsa immediately unsheathed his sword to kill his sister but Vasudeva intervened and implored Kamsa to spare his bride, and promised to hand over every new born child to him. Kamsa relented but imprisoned both Devaki and her husband Vasudeva.

When Devaki gave birth to her first child, Kamsa came to the prison cell and slaughtered the newborn. In this way, he killed the first six sons of Devaki. Even before her 8th child was born, Devaki and Vasudeva started lamenting its fate and theirs. Then suddenly Lord Vishnu appeared before them and said he himself was coming to rescue them and the people of Mathura. He asked Vasudeva to carry him to the house of his friend, the cowherd chief Nanda in Gokula right after his birth, where Nanda's wife Yashoda had given birth to a daughter.

He was to exchange his boy and bring Yashoda's baby daughter back to the prison. Vishnu assured them that "nothing shall bar your path".

At midnight on ashtami, the divine baby was born in Kamsa's prison. Remembering the divine instructions, Vasudeva clasped the child to his bosom and started for Gokula, but found that his legs were in chains. He jerked his legs and was unfettered! The massive iron-barred doors unlocked and opened up.

While crossing river Yamuna, Vasudeva held his baby high over his head. The rain fell in torrents and the river was in spate. But the water made way for Vasudeva and miraculously a five-mouthed snake followed him from behind and provided shelter over the baby.

When Vasudeva reached Gokula, he found the door of Nanda's house open. He exchanged the babies and hurried back to the prison of Kamsa with the baby girl. Early in the morning, all the people at Gokula rejoiced the birth of Nanda's beautiful male child. Vasudeva came back to Mathura and as he entered, the doors of the prison closed themselves.

When Kamsa came to know about the birth, he rushed inside the prison and tried to kill the baby. But this time it skipped from his hand and reaching the sky. She was transformed into the goddess Yogamaya, who told Kamsa: "O foolish! What will you get by killing me? Your nemesis is already born somewhere else."

In his youth Krishna killed Kamsa along with all his cruel associates, liberated his parents from prison, and reinstated Ugrasen as the King of Mathura.

Dementia - Good Advice

Dementia  - Good Advice

Most of us start worrying about dementia after retirement - and that may be too little, too late. Experts say that if you really want to ward off dementia, you need to start taking care of your brain in your 30s and 40s - or even earlier.Dementia - Good Advice

"More and more research is suggesting that lifestyle is very important to your brain's health," says Dr. Paul Nussbaum, a neuropsychologist and an adjunct associate professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. "If you want to live a long, healthy life, then many of us need to start as early as we can."

So what can you do to beef up your brain - and possibly ward off dementia? Nussbaum, who recently gave a speech on the topic for the Winter Park ( Fla. ) Health Foundation, offers 20 tips that may help.

1.

Join clubs or organizations that need volunteers. If you start volunteering now, you won't feel lost and unneeded after you retire.

2.

Develop a hobby or two. Hobbies help you develop a robust brain because you're trying something new and complex.

3.

Practise writing with your non-dominant hand several minutes everyday. This will exercise the opposite side of your brain and fire up those neurons.

4.

Take dance lessons. In a study of nearly 500 people, dancing was the only regular physical activity associated with a significant decrease in the incidence of dementia, including Alzheimer's disease. The people who danced three or four times a week showed 76 percent less incidence of dementia than those who danced only once a week or not at all.

5.

Need a hobby? Start gardening. Researchers in New Zealand found that, of 1,000 people, those who gardened regularly were less likely to suffer from dementia! Not only does gardening reduce stress, but gardeners use their brains to plan gardens; they use visual and spatial reasoning to lay out a garden.

6.

Buy a pedometer and walk 10,000 steps a day. Walking daily can reduce the risk of dementia because cardiovascular health is important to maintain blood flow to the brain.

7.

Read and write daily. Reading stimulates a wide variety of brain areas that process and store information. Likewise, writing (not copying) stimulates many areas of the brain as well.

8.

Start knitting. Using both hands works both sides of your brain. And it's a stress reducer.

9.

Learn a new language. Whether it's a foreign language or sign language, you are working your brain by making it go back and forth between one language and the other. A researcher in England found that being bilingual seemed to delay symptoms of Alzheimer's disease for four years. And some research suggests that the earlier a child learns sign language, the higher his IQ - and people with high IQs are less likely to have dementia. So start them early.

10.

Play board games such as Scrabble and Monopoly. Not only are you taxing your brain, you're socializing too. Playing solo games, such as solitaire or online computer brain games can be helpful, but Nussbaum prefers games that encourage you to socialize too.

11.

Take classes throughout your lifetime. Learning produces structural and chemical changes in the brain, and education appears to help people live longer. Brain researchers have found that people with advanced degrees live longer - and if they do have Alzheimer's, it often becomes apparent only in the very later stages of the disease.

12.

Listen to classical music. A growing volume of research suggests that music may hard wire the brain, building links between the two hemispheres. Any kind of music may work, but there's some research that shows positive effects for classical music, though researchers don't understand why.

13.

Learn a musical instrument. It may be harder than it was when you were a kid, but you'll be developing a dormant part of your brain.

14.

Travel. When you travel (whether it's to a distant vacation spot or on a different route across town), you're forcing your brain to navigate a new and complex environment. A study of London taxi drivers found experienced drivers had larger brains because they have to store lots of information about locations and how to navigate there.

15.

Pray. Daily prayer appears to help your immune system. And people who attend a formal worship service regularly live longer and report happier, healthier lives.

16.

Learn to meditate. It's important for your brain that you learn to shut out the stresses of everyday life.

17.

Get enough sleep. Studies have shown a link between interrupted sleep and dementia.

18.

Eat more foods containing Omega-3 fatty acids: Salmon, sardines, tuna, ocean trout, mackerel or herring, plus walnuts (which are higher in omega 3s than salmon) and flaxseed. Flaxseed oil, cod liver oil and walnut oil are good sources too.

19.

Eat more fruits and vegetables. Antioxidants in fruits and vegetables mop up some of the damage caused by free radicals, one of the leading killers of brain cells.

20.

Eat at least one meal a day with family and friends. You'll slow down, socialize, and research shows you'll eat healthier food than if you ate alone or on the go.

The Baggawad Gita Simplified

THE BHAGAWAD GITA SIMPLIFIED

The Bhagavad Gita, often referred to as the Gita, is a 700-verse Sanskrit scripture that is part of the Hindu epic Mahabharata. The Gita is set in a narrative framework of a dialogue between Pandava prince Arjuna and his guide and charioteer Krishna.

 THE BHAGAWAD GITA SIMPLIFIED

Why do you worry without cause?

Whom do you fear without reason?

Who can kill you?

The soul is neither born, nor does it die.

Whatever happened,

happened for the good;

whatever is happening,

is happening for the good;

whatever will happen,

will also happen for the good only.

 THE BHAGAWAD GITA SIMPLIFIED

You need not have any regrets for the past.

You need not worry for the future.

The present is happening...

What did you lose that you cry about?

What did you bring with you,

which you think you have lost?

 THE BHAGAWAD GITA SIMPLIFIED

What did you produce,

which you think got destroyed?

You did not bring anything,

whatever you have, you received from here.

Whatever you have given, you have given only here.

Whatever you took, you took from God.

Whatever you gave, you gave to Him.

You came empty handed,

you will leave empty handed.

 THE BHAGAWAD GITA SIMPLIFIED

What is yours today,

belonged to someone else yesterday, and

will belong to someone else the

day after tomorrow.

You are mistakenly enjoying the thought

that this is yours.

It is this false happiness that is

the cause of your sorrows.

 THE BHAGAWAD GITA SIMPLIFIED

Change is the law of the universe.

What you think of as death,

is indeed life.

In one instance you can be

a millionaire, and

in the other instance you can

be steeped

in poverty.

 THE BHAGAWAD GITA SIMPLIFIED

Yours and mine, big & small

erase these ideas from your mind.

Then everything is yours and

you belong to everyone.

This body is not yours,

neither are you of the body.

The body is made of fire, water, air, earth and

ether, and will disappear into these elements.

But the soul is permanent - so who are you?

 THE BHAGAWAD GITA SIMPLIFIED

Dedicate your being to God.

He is the one to be ultimately relied upon.

Those who know of his support are forever

free from fear, worry and sorrow.

Whatever you do,

do it as a dedication to God.

This will bring you the

tremendous experience of

joy and life-freedom forever.

Thanks for Reading

and Honestly Trying to

Implement the same,

in your Day to Day Life.

Candidate for Manager Position!

Candidate for Manager Position!

Candidate for Manager Position!

A manager has to perform functions like planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling. All these functions are essential for running an organization smoothly and achieving enterprise objectives. Planning is required for setting goals and establishing strategies for coordinating activities.

Candidate for Manager Position!

One young academically excellent person went to apply for a managerial position in a big company. He passed the first interview; the director did the last interview, made the last decision. The director discovered from the CV that the youth's academic achievements were excellent all the way, from the secondary school until the postgraduate research, never had a year when he did not score.

The director asked, "Did you obtain any scholarships in school?" the youth answered "none". The director asked, "Was it your father who paid for your school fees?" The youth answered, "My father passed away when I was one year old, it was my mother who paid for my school fees.

The director asked, “Where did your mother work?" The youth answered,”My mother worked as clothes cleaner. The director requested the youth to show his hands. The youth showed a pair of hands that were smooth and perfect.

The director asked, “Have you ever helped your mother wash the clothes before?" The youth answered, "Never, my mother always wanted me to study and read more books. Furthermore, my mother can wash clothes faster than me.

The director said, "I have a request. When you go back today, go and clean your mother's hands, and then see me tomorrow morning. The youth felt that his chance of landing the job was high.

When he went back, he happily requested his mother to let him clean her hands. His mother felt strange, happy but with mixed feelings, she showed her hands to the kid.

The youth cleaned his mother's hands slowly. His tear fell as he did that. It was the first time he noticed that his mother's hands were so wrinkled, and there were so many bruises in her hands. Some bruises were so painful that his mother shivered when they were cleaned with water.

This was the first time the youth realized that it was this pair of hands that washed the clothes everyday to enable him to pay the school fee. The bruises in the mother's hands were the price that the mother had to pay for his graduation, academic excellence and his future.

After finishing the cleaning of his mother hands, the youth quietly washed all the remaining clothes for his mother. That night, mother and son talked for a very long time.

Next morning, the youth went to the director's office. The Director noticed the tears in the youth's eyes, asked: “Can you tell me what have you done and learned yesterday in your house?"

The youth answered, " I cleaned my mother's hand, and also finished cleaning all the remaining clothes'

The Director asked, " please tell me your feelings."

The youth said, Number 1, I know now what appreciation is. Without my mother, there would not be the successful me today. Number 2, by working together and helping my mother, only I now realize how difficult and tough it is to get something done. Number 3, I have come to appreciate the importance and value of family relationship.

The director said, “This is what I am looking for to be my manager. I want to recruit a person who can appreciate the help of others, a person who knows the sufferings of others to get things done, and a person who would not put money as his only goal in life. You are hired.

Later on, this young person worked very hard, and received the respect of his subordinates. Every employee worked diligently and as a team. The company's performance improved tremendously.

A child, who has been protected and habitually given whatever he wanted, would develop "entitlement mentality" and would always put him first. He would be ignorant of his parent's efforts. When he starts work, he assumes that every person must listen to him, and when he becomes a manager, he would never know the sufferings of his employees and would always blame others. For this kind of people, who may be good academically, may be successful for a while, but eventually would not feel sense of achievement. He will grumble and be full of hatred and fight for more. If we are this kind of protective parents, are we really showing love or are we destroying the kid instead?*

You can let your kid live in a big house, eat a good meal, learn piano, watch a big screen TV. But when you are cutting grass, please let them experience it. After a meal, let them wash their plates and bowls together with their brothers and sisters. It is not because you do not have money to hire a maid, but it is because you want to love them in a right way. You want them to understand, no matter how rich their parents are, one day their hair will grow gray, same as the mother of that young person. The most important thing is your kid learns how to appreciate the effort and experience the difficulty and learns the ability to work with others to get things done

Have we ever felt / feel this once in life?

Speech by Chetan Bhagat at Symbiosis ...

Don't just have career or academic goals. Set goals to give you a balanced, successful life. I use the word balanced before successful. Balanced means ensuring your health, relationships, mental peace are all in good order.

There is no point of getting a promotion on the day of your breakup. There is no fun in driving a car if your back hurts. Shopping is not enjoyable if your mind is full of tensions.

"Life is one of those races in nursery school where you have to run with a marble in a spoon kept in your mouth. If the marble falls, there is no point coming first. Same is with life where health and relationships are the marble. Your striving is only worth it if there is harmony in your life. Else, you may achieve the success, but this spark, this feeling of being excited and alive, will start to die.

One thing about nurturing the spark - don't take life seriously. Life is not meant to be taken seriously, as we are really temporary here. We are like a pre-paid card with limited validity. If we are lucky, we may last another 50 years. And 50 years is just 2,500 weekends. Do we really need to get so worked up?

It's ok, bunk a few classes, scoring low in couple of papers, goof up a few interviews, take leave from work, Enjoy with your friends, fall in love, little fights with your loved Ones .

We are people, not programmed devices.

"Don't be serious, be sincere."!

  3. I like walking in the rain, because no one can see my tears.
