    Cocktail which reduces Hypertension & Hyperglycemia

    Providing you a protocol to prepare a cocktail which can decrease hypertension and hyperglycemia. It will be useful to everybody who suffers from diabetes and high BP.


    Ingredients :


    Bitter gourd - 1/2 kg
    Garlic - 1/4 kg     Ginger - 1/4 kg
    Fenugreek seeds (Soaked overnight) 100 - 150 g


    Grind all these ingredients to make a paste and refrigerate it. 1 or 2 teaspoons of this paste should be mixed with juice of half lemon and a glass of water.


    Drink it everyday between 6.00 to 7.00 am and have breakfast after 1 or 2 hours.
